But it is not always feasible and affordable to visit the restaurant.But now you can make pizza at home (whole wheat crust pizza) which is healthy pizza as this is made up of Wheat flour. Also, it will be Hygenic as it is made at home. You can enjoy the pizza party with friends, once you try this cheese pizza recipe.

Take 1/2 cup of milk in a bowl and add 1.5 teaspoons of dry yeast and 1 tablespoon of sugar in that.
Stir this mixture continuously till the yeast gets dissolved in milk. Keep it aside for 10 to 15 minutes. After 10 to 15 minutes, bubbles will start forming in the mixture. It is an indicator that the yeast is activated and ready to use now.
In a mixing bowl mix 3 cups wheat flour, 1 cup maida (all purpose flour) and 1 teaspoon salt. Add the yeast mixture in the flour.
And knead the flour with the remaining 1/2 cup milk and water. Knead it to form a dough.
First, you will feel the dough sticky, but don’t add extra flour to it. Knead it properly, add some oil and knead the dough.
Apply oil to one bowl and keep the kneaded dough in that. Cover the bowl with a lid or a clinging sheet.
Keep this dough for 1.5 to 2 hours.
The dough rises and becomes double. It happens because of the activated yeast. The resting time depends upon the climate also. In summer season it may rise in 1 to 1.5 hours.
Punch the dough and kneed it properly to remove air from the dough. Remove all air from the dough and make it soft. Divide the dough into 4 to 5 parts as per your choice.
Pre-heat the oven at 180°C
Sprinkle some cornmeal on a baking pan, and flatten it with your fingers to form a thick circle. You can use a rolling pin to roll it into a thick circle.
Cornmeal is a yellow colored powder made up of whole corn.
Poke the base using fork. This will avoid bulging of the base during baking.
Bake the base at 180°C for 87 to 10 minutes.
Apply pizza sauce evenly on the base. Grate some mozzarella cheese and processed cheese on the base. After that add some toppings such as capsicum, onion, mushroom, sweet corn.
You can add toppings as per your choice such as paneer, olives, jalapeno etc.
Sprinkle some oregano powder and chili flakes on the base. If you like you can also add some Italic herbs.
Bake the pizza for 5 to 7 minutes or till the cheese melt.
