Tomato soup is an appetizer which is tasty and healthy. Tomato Soup Recipe is an easy and less time-consuming soup recipe. It is a healthy soup in real means as it contains tomatoes, Carrots, and Beetroots. Instead of paying in a restaurant, you can make this amazing recipe at home.Tomatoes are rich in calcium, vitamin C, and K. Beetroots are rich in potassium, magnesium, iron, vitamin B6, A and C. Carrots are rich in vitamin A, C, Course: K, and B8. So it is a very healthy soup for all age groups.

- Kadhai or Souce Pan
Wash tomatoes and dice it (Roughly chopped in big pieces). No need to cut into small/fine .
Similarly, cut other vegetables like Onions, Carrots, and Beetroot.(Not into small/fine pieces)
Peel the garlic.
Keep a pan on a stove and pour oil in it. Add butter to the oil.
We are adding oil as butter gets burnt easily.
Add bay leaves and saute for a while.(Maybe 2 to 3 Seconds)
Add peeled garlic cloves and fry it for a minute.
Add all diced vegetables- Tomatoes,Onions,Carrots,Beetroot and coriander to the butter in pan.
You can also add finely chopped celery instead of the coriander to get a better taste.
Add water and black pepper to the mixture . Add salt and stir it properly.
Meanwhile, you can have a cup of coffee as it is going to take 10 to 15 minutes for cooking. Make sure the pan is covered with a Lid while cooking.
After 10 to 15 mins ,switch off the stove/gas and allow the mixture to cool .After Cooling,blend it in a mixer to prepare a smooth puree.
Strain the puree to get a homogeneous paste.
Again keep it on a stove for boiling.
Boil it for 5 minutes.
Add some Fresh Cream to the soup and mix it well.
Make sure that gas/ stove is off once you add the fresh cream.
Your Tomato Soup is Ready.
Garnish with the fresh cream and serve it hot.
>>Recipe Notes –
1.While preparing soup use only ripped red tomatoes. Don’t use unripened and sour tomatoes.
2.Beetroot,carrot, and fresh cream adds sweetness to the soup, hence no need to add sugar to the soup. In case the soup tastes sour, then you can add some sugar to the soup.
3.f Soup is not thick enough (Consistency is not enough) then you can smash boiled potato and add soup.Alternatively, you can add one spoon of corn flour mixed with water.
